NCN23 cycle path overgrown at the Hatch Warren Way to Jays Close link
The vegetation is often overgrown, unless locals cut the bushes and brambles back, making it impossible to see pedestrians approaching from the right. This is also a public footpath, which appears to mean no-one is responsible for the vegetation.
